By accessing and using TrustGodDaily, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TrustGodDaily. Your continued use of our service signifies your acceptance of any updates to these terms.

TrustGodDaily is a faith-based platform designed to encourage daily trust in God through biblical content, devotionals, and interactions. Our mission is to help believers grow in their relationship with Christ and find peace through surrendering to God's sovereign plan.

User Conduct

As a faith-based service, we expect all users to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects Christian values and promotes good morals.

Encouraged Behavior

Reporting any bugs to developers
Engage respectfully with other users
Support and pray for one another
Seek to glorify God in all interactions

Prohibited Behavior

Posting offensive, hateful, or inappropriate reviews
Commercial solicitation without permission
Spamming friends inbox with verses and messages
Falsely reporting a user of misconduct

Content Guidelines

All content shared on TrustGodDaily should align with biblical principles and contribute to the spiritual growth of our members.

When sharing verses with others, do not spam their inbox with multiple verses unless they grant you permission, although they reserve the right to unfriend you.

We reserve the right to remove any content that doesn't align with our community standards or biblical values.

Site moderators reserve the right to ban you from sending verses in the case of multiple reports of misconduct in sending verses or inappropriate content to another user.

Verse Sharing Conduct

When sending verses to other users, all conduct must align with what is highlighted in this form. We take verse sharing seriously as it is a privilege all users can enjoy.

Verse Sharing Violations

Any malicious, pornographic, or spam content sent through verse sharing will result in disciplinary action:

First & Second Report: 7-day ban from verse sending features

Third Report: Permanent ban from sending verses on TrustGodDaily

Multiple Reports: From the same user can result in a 7-day ban for spam

False Reporting: Users who fake reports or falsely report others may also face bans

Ban Appeal Process

Site moderators reserve the right to uphold or modify bans upon review. Users may challenge their ban by emailing gottatrustgodbruh@gmail.com.

Decisions regarding permanent bans are final after review.

Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect only the information necessary to provide our services effectively.

Your data is used solely to enhance your experience on TrustGodDaily and will never be sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Memberships & Refunds

TrustGodDaily believes what is offered when a plan is purchased is more than worth the money spent on it. Our services require tools that are not free, they require upkeep to ensure your experience doesn't disappoint.

Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, make a case in Claims within 7 days to receive a full refund.

Failure to do so can and may result in a refusal of a refund. Upgrading to a different tier, then putting in a claim will not result in a refund if a prior case is or has been opened.

Important Notice

The above statements is the policy upheld with TrustGodDaily. We believe in fairness, but if our service is being exploited, your refund case will be denied or a refund given but your account will be permanently removed from our service and banned. Once a case is accepted and a refund is given, access to premium features will be revoked and the user will return to the free tier.

Limitations & Disclaimers

TrustGodDaily is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We strive to provide accurate, biblically sound content, but we encourage all users to study Scripture for themselves and seek wise counsel.

We are not liable for any decisions made based on content found on our platform. Always pray and seek God's guidance in all matters.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Biblical Foundation

While we provide biblical content and spiritual resources, we encourage all users to "test everything; hold fast what is good" (1 Thessalonians 5:21) and to be like the Bereans who "examined the Scriptures daily" (Acts 17:11).
